Overview

1. Nature of Transactions

  • All travel inquiries (for flights or hotels) submitted through the website are non-binding and do not involve instant bookings or payments.

  • Any payments made (if applicable) are handled offline or through direct bank transfers, after confirmation and communication with our team.


2. Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are applicable only when payments have been made for confirmed services and are subject to the terms of the respective airline or hotel.

  • If a cancellation is requested after confirmation, refunds (if any) will be processed based on the cancellation policy of the third-party provider (e.g., airline or hotel).

  • Service or consultation charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.


3. Cancellation Timeframe

  • Cancellations must be requested in writing (via email or WhatsApp) within the time limits provided at the time of confirmation.

  • Delayed cancellations may lead to partial or no refund, depending on vendor policy.


4. Refund Processing Time

  • Eligible refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 working days after approval.

  • The refund amount will be transferred through the original payment method or other mutually agreed mode.


5. Non-Refundable Cases

  • No refunds will be provided in the following cases:

    • No-show by the customer at the time of travel

    • Last-minute cancellations not in line with vendor policies

    • Delays or issues caused by incomplete information or miscommunication
